ECA desires to position itself as a central point for information and services available in the neighborhood.

 

ECA works closely with the City of Amarillo and aims to aid in communications between Eastridge residents and the City. 

 

In the future, ECA will not just be a nexus for neighborhood information, but also career-based education services.
